are we talking jealousy in a relationship? ftr i think he'd be the possessive 'i hate it when someone tries to touch what's mine' type rather than the jealous one. if that's what you're referring to, it's probably not something one can truly get over. although, depending on how you externalise it, you could try to temper it lmao i'm probably biased, but there are much worse things to be than possessive, as long as you remember that your partner hasn't done anything wrong and shouldn't catch flak for it. the right person might even appreciate it when you accidentally shoulder check someone who's being way too friendly with them<3

jealousy, on the other hand, i would personally only consider warranted if your partner did indeed do questionable shit with someone else. in that case, though, jealousy wouldn't be sth to get over but a symptom of a real issue that would need to be addressed and resolved
