what i took it as was like "hey its only two years IDIOT why would you think that" (exaggerated) and then others going "yeah it IS only two! im 17 and dating a 15 year old is always 100% fine to matter what!" when a lot of those cases are grooming! even worse there could be "oh yeah its only two years even though im almost 18!" or "oh yeah this is fine even though they just turned 15!" ect. obviously its not wrong to defend your relationship but depending on how you phrase it, you could be putting others in danger! especially with the fact that the older you are saying this, the bigger of a role model you are as well. these 17 year olds will use your words to justify their grooming which obviously you dont want that! no idea if im right but again thats how i see it
