Your mission is to go as far north as possible as you can, without the use of a plane, and via land when possible. How do you do it, and how far do you think you get?
I'm done something similar to this in my youth. While I know it was dangerous, I hitchhiked to a border. From there, I can probably do odd jobs for boat fair to go further north once I hit an ocean. The problem then becomes navigating the available routes. Part of me thinks I could stowaway on a ship, but I'd crack under the stress of getting caught.
