Maybe, i misunderstood your question because in my mind, a fact account is a kind of account that displays some facts about something, for example current issues or lighter ones such as facts about animals. IMO, it's fine as long as the source is credible and can be accounted for because it can add new knowledge for people who see it. Correct me if i'm wrong.
