The Hybrid D-pad on Xbox Series controllers. It's very clicky and tactile and yet I feel like I can hit a consistent diagonal on it. I don't get ghost inputs or mysterious accidental diagonals.

I still would prefer to use keyboard arrow keys any day of the week however.
