(not abt you you’re based) this fandom really needs to think about how disabled people feel when we see some of the shit they say huh
ppl dont realize how Bad this fandom is too until its Your favorite character being the target of a lot of ableist comments :( they dont see the stuff being sad about saki or the way her own character is totally written off for tsukasa angst. its why ill never subscribe to “angstkasaers were right!” cause ‘angstkasa’ as a genre is built off the suffering of his sister. i’m also tired of this “neither had it worse” bs when one of them was in pain every day of her damn life like i do think one had it worse and tsukasa would agree. at the end of the day these are fictional characters and its important to treat these topics with the respect and nuance it deserves, because while saki might not be real, disabled people sure as hell are.

I dislike how certain fans have jumped straight to ‘what if saki’s next focus is her realising how tsukasa felt about her back then’ as if she isn’t at the centre of a fleshed out conflict within her own group. like yeah it could happen but should it.

Your tweets on both tenma siblings being lonely are so true because we often see takes that tend to act like their parents were only with saki when they weren't. On tsukasa's side I think the decision to make his feelings happen during a time where its normal for children to feel jealous towards their siblings for getting more attention than them is really important. And because of that i think its honestly very likely that he would/could have felt that way even if saki was healthy and their family was together. As for saki because her illness is something that no one has any control over her feelings of loneliness are largely tied to the fact that at the end of the day they have to go home. Her family and friends can't be with her 24/7 so there are inevitably times where they leave her alone.
As a result we end up in this interesting situation where tsukasa's loneliness is the result of the actions of others (his parents unintentional neglect) while saki's is the result of an uncontrollable situation (her illness). And yet tsukasa never once blames saki for anything, he expresses that he felt jealousy a single time but even from a young age he knew that it wasn't her fault. While saki views herself as the reason why her parents cant be with her all the time and why they can't be with tsukasa all the time. Tsukasa views saki as a victim of her illness while saki views it and by extension herself as the cause of problems for their family.
YESSSS U GET IT and isnt that all just SOOO fucked up. idk it really really rubs me the wrong way seeing people talking about the tenma parents like theyre just Never there for tsukasa because thats not true! they were there for him, and they did their best for him and as a result of them having another kid they had to be there for, saki ended up alone in the hospital a lot more because her parents just Couldnt be everywhere at once. saki and tsukasa both know what its like to be alone !!! but in tsukasas case as he aged he was sad and lonely Because saki wasnt there! like thats his best friend and his little sister and he Wanted her there home with him and ugh. when he was little he was angry and jealous but as he grew he didnt think like that at all. meanwhile saki specifically viewed herself as a burden to her family because of it and because of her parents having to always be there for her and having to leave tsukasa behind and god the tenmas are just a tragic tragic family who could all benefit from family therapy tbh

not a wxs or tenmas fan but i really enjoyed kasa7, seeing how the writers finally address tsukasa's unhealthy method acting practices. however with the story context in mind i cant help but feel that the untrained is extreme angst bait (not to downplay tsukasa's situation here) similar to kasa6, and it pains me to see people compare... kasa7 to mizu5? why does the community feel the need to compare every angst card to mizu5?
