Do you think there are any "mimic capable" creatures other than capital-M Mimics? Doppelgangers, fairies, particularly skilled oozes?

In my setting? Naaaah
A lot of the crux of it is that these mimics were popping out of the earth everywhere and various cultures had different names and explanations for them. And thats before we get to the fact mimic to mimic variation is WILD.
