ANYWAY okay so in my head jyung is born an alpha and is raised as one and is aso Confined By Societal Norms as a traditional alpha. like he looks very much like a stereotypical alpha cos he's big and buff and kinda scary-looking to the normies and therefore everyone expects him to be the perfect alpha. he's like every omega's wet dream and that's been the way shit is.

EXCEPT jyung has like. never felt like an alpha. like the feelings of inherent wrongness get worse when he hits puberty or presents, depending on the mechanics of the au, and he actively seeks out alpha partners because he wants to be dominated and wants to be taken control of. not that there's anything wrong with omega or beta partners, but they expect him to top and dominate and be the stereotypical alpha and damnit, he wants to BE the one underneath. he prefers bottoming and LOVES getting knotted even though an alpha's biology isn't supposed to be made for that but jyung and his magic hole somehow fit it in.

in my personal fav headcanon he has an alpha boyfriend (usually jongwoo in my head) who is like his perfect partner cause he's dominant and not afraid of holding jyung down and fucking him like a lil bitch, which is amazing, because a lot of other alphas he's approached think he's weird or are turned off by it. except one day jyung is like. REALLY into it and. starts leaking slick in the middle of sex lmfao. like there's been signs earlier but this is the first time this has happened and one visit to the doctor later, YUP HE'S BEEN BITCHED. you are now the partner of one lovely new omega, congratulations. bonus points if it turns out he's been bitched for a while but didn't have his first heat yet so no one knew (including him) and he gets his first heat in the middle of sex but his alpha has already cum in him and accidentally knocks him up.

his alpha partner feels VERY VERY guilty about it (to the point where they possibly end up breaking up cause he feels so guilty for turning jyung) but jyung takes it surprisingly well. he's like. really happy about it? like this feels right. this feels like what he's always been meant to be, an omega, not the alpha everyone's expected him to be for his whole life. he's actually relieved he got bitched cause he's so much happier now, and this is the way he's always truly felt.

once he's adapted to omegadom, he's a little less strict about his role in bed and partner choices. rather than seeking out exclusively alphas to dominate him and taking on an exclusively submissive role in bed, he switches it up and sometimes approaches fellow omegas or betas too, cause now he doesn't feel like he has to fit into a role of any sort and also doesn't feel like he has to outright 'challenge' the stereotype of being an alpha to feel less dysphoric about his subgender, so to speak. like he experiments a lot more after getting bitched cause he's not so worried about being perceived a certain way. either way he's definitely happier after being bitched lmao

ricky - omega (but i could see him as an alpha too)
gyuvin - alpha/beta (same as seungeon, he could be both for me)
gunwook - alpha (i could also see him as an omega too tho)
yujin - alpha

honestly a lot of them could be more than one, it's not really exclusive for me lol. but my fav headcanon is lowkey 'everyone is an omega except gyuvin' ngl

honestly just don't be afraid to fuck shit up, like it's your fic and you can go as crazy with it as you want. you can do anything you want in your fic, the world is your oyster and reality is whatever you want it to be haha so don't think about it too much (coming from the world's biggest overthinker...no one said i wasn't a hypocrite) and just write. ultimately it's really about what makes you happy rather than crafting the 'perfect' fic because perfection is fake anyway
in terms of more constructive advice, i would personally recommend editing as you write rather than waiting until the end to edit. it helps you spot mistakes along the way that you might miss if you do one whole edit at the end. e.g. if you see a typo just correct it immediately rather than waiting until you've finished writing the fic because you might forget about it. and then do one more final edit of the whole fic after you're done writing just to catch any mistakes/change anything you wanna change. but that's just what works best for me, everyone has a different editing/writing style and it's really up to what works best for you!
