If Ecylle imagined Ezra as a nearly immobile blob, would reality bend to make it happen

She says yes so I will also say yes and expand upon it. I don't think that it would happen instantaneously, but it would happen faster than Ezra could realize. Ecylle's god powers kind of let them do whatever to us, but she hasn't abused that yet.
