Why do you like eggrolls so much? And how many can you eat in one sitting?
For years I avoided them as well as a number of other foods because I don't like the taste of raw vegetables and I didn't think clearly about the process in making an eggroll.
Then one day in class, we had to make them from scrarch. Got my first real taste of them and my mind opened up!
At that time I was still working at Target, so whenever I had a particularly stressful day, I would go to the local Chinese food place and get 3 eggrolls with my meal!
It's carried on to this day that eggrolls are my stress food~
