the only thing i could realistically label as "local cuisine" is yorkshire puddings but i don't know if i like them that much lmao, so i'm going to expand localities while sort of vaguely remaining in the same county to include the coast which gives me access to a whole raft of chip shops because fish and ships bombarded with an unhealth amount of salt and vinegar (or chip spice) is too good to pass up
