Sadly no, as it wasn't my regular nurse (we had to get a new time due to my dad being ill), so I'll try to look into extra routines as i'm currently very stiff ;; can't sit like I normally do, and my legs fall asleep a lot easier, so maybe something with my connective tissue? (I'm hypermobile so being unable to even do normal range hinders my movement)
