OP I have no idea how old you actually are. But with the way you are acting, anyone could think you are in middle school. Having PTSD triggers be two random people who seem way older than you and seem to want nothing to do with you is really sad. I speak from a genuine place in my heart, but I think getting some help and not engaging with content that triggers you so badly is sooo helpful and something I did for years while in recovery and while it still brings up memories, it does not rule my life anymore.
Yea will be blocking any kind of that stuff from now on <3! My triggers are 2 people my age I used to call friends </3 Due to what had happened, I get panic attacks from seeing their name and pfp pictures, while it has gotten better since I still deal with this, thus my comment on the FFXIV world was due to it slightly triggering me, I know that sounds dumb lol. Luckily, since I left all servers and fandom wikis they are on, blocked them everywhere, I've healed a ton and barely think of them anymore <3 Please don't think up your own information as that is just as damaging as that comment you mention.
