To that anon solo is the only feasible answer cause why he has been training in wk1 since may if he isnt gonna be in august comeback. I hope i am wrong tho but someone was saying they have fansigns for this album till october so why would he be training for like 6 months in wk1 building
now that we saw the 8th outfit for gonu, i think he'll be back after cb and he's practicing for that. it's not like they're not gonna perform to these new songs after promotions. so in my opinion, he's recording and training for the future performances. but if wk1 is being disgusting as always, then there's a chance of him training to solo. I'm not keeping much hope since it's wk1. maybe wk1 is really playing with us or maybe he's actually gonna be back
