Hmm… it’s hard because at this stage, my baby is really just a potato. Newborns don’t have personalities yet, so she’s mostly like a plant I’m trying to keep alive until her personality develops. I will say that it has made me appreciate my wife a lot more. If you read new parent Reddit forums… it’s bleak out there. Everyone hates their spouse when they have a baby! But having a baby has made me love her even more! She’s an amazing mom already, and she is great about sharing responsibility so I don’t feel overwhelmed.
