heyyy, i was the one who asked about your age. i'm glad you replied. i also reaallyy relate to your answer. i also wrote in the past. i wrote so many stories when i was really depressed. and now i'm so much stable and i don't write that much :p. sometimes being depressed really helps with creativity. and i can say your art is really good. maybe the best among the people i follow. also, there weren't so many hyunchan lovers till this day. i'm glad you draw them often. take caree 🥰

as for the link between depression and creativity, as I got older I tried to let go of that connection, because well, that mindset turned me into a shitty useless alcoholic who wanted nothing more than to kill myself ☺️ there was really nothing creative about it, fr
now that I’m doing okay (which was insanely hard), I try to love life as much as possible. and for me, creativity is the ultimate expression of vitality. which doesn't mean it's all sunshine and rainbow ponies for me now, I’m still pretty dark and cynical, i guess for us Slavic people it’s a canon treat lol
