hi kana!! i've been so busy with moving that i havent been able to check afy, so i'm excited to read the new chapter! but i found smth a little funny and i'm not sure if u did it purposefully or not but i was looking a salt shaker (random ik) but in french it said 'valeur nutritive'. and im not a native french speaker, so when i saw that, i thought, hm isn't that the country silaen is at war with in afy? and i searched up valeur in french and it gave me words like 'value, worth, merit' etc. so i was wondering if that was intended? and does silaen have any meaning behind the name? im really interested in afy so i was wondering! i hope you have a nice day/night!❤️
HI OMG!! This is so crazy but YES I actually inspired "Voleur" From the french word Valeur mainly bc when I envisioned Voleur as a kingdom, there were a lot of french influences!! I literally looked up french words and their meanings and that's where I came up with the idea. Silaen was a play on the slavic word "Sila" which basically means strength and power. Wow that was an insane coincidence, thank you so much for telling me this!!
