I actually did some fanwork commission research, just don't advertise it! It's... Technically illegal all around, but it's one of those things where actions are taken only if the copy right owners/people push for action against you themselves. Keeping it hush hush and/or private is your best bet. I would just say to be extremely careful if you do any commissions K! <3

I seeeeee, that makes sense. Tbh it did confuse me because why could you commission an artist but not a writer LOL It makes more sense for it to be illegal all around. I think that's probably what I would do anyway--that is, not say that I'm open for commissions unless ppl ask asldkjfdlsk
