Hey, friend!! I understand what you mean to a certain degree, that a lot of Chnlxers love angst, but I also think that there was a divorce era AND they want to be private about their relationship. I'm the sort of person who has a lot of trouble reading subtleties in body language so when people talked about the 22 2KR, the only thing I really clocked was the physical space between them. And since Chn has confirmed that he and Flx were in a "fight" at that time and they were not interacting very much at the time, I think it's fair to say that there was something that happened.

THAT BEING SAID, I'm personally of the belief that Chn and Flx do just genuinely want to keep their relationship to themselves. Chn is the sort to subtly show it off and talk about it via their music since it's the best way he can express himself, but Flx wants to keep that shit on lockdown. He tries to keep it as quiet as he possibly can. I think both of these things can exist in harmony. Chnlx's relationship doesn't have to be perfect all the time; they're human, after all. :)
