I missed the untangling necklaces boat I fear, but do u think mnsng believe they are soulmates. And if so do you rhink they think they are found or made. It's been lingering in my brain lately that I belive jsng called them soulmates first, but in their most recent 2kr jsng made it seem like it was good circumstances amd compatibiltiy? I dont remember the details that they became close. I think he also said it wasnt fate and then he was like oh ill say it's fate bc mnh is making a face. Meanwhile I cant decide if I think mnh is secretly a hopeless romantic or if he is more of a we make our own fate. Im kimda attached to hopeless romantic mnh who forced himself to think more practically like there are tons of ppl u could be compatible with but you have to choose and build with them, but with jsng of course they worked at it bc they care but they also worked so freakishly well and what are the odds someone so compatible would end up being your band mate. So he thinks oh fate must be real
THIS IS SO FUN!!! in my heart, i do believe that they think they are soulmates, but i think that perhaps the type of soulmates has changed or evolved as their relationship matured. in the beginning, in a lot of content their unabashedly BOTH call each other their soulmate or eternal companion. in this, i believe they think that they have found each other. it was relatively close to debut (only around a year after in the 2kr i'm thinking about) so it seems like this instant connection was a found one. but in recent content, like the 2kr your referencing, it does seem like they think they are made! i think this comes from their relationship maturing and deepening, and that they have grown so much and put so much work into their connection that they believe they are made. it takes work to keep a relationship, so this makes sense to me! so i think they believe both, depending on perspective and the stage their relationship is at, and i don't think either one is neccesarily better!! i also agree with your reading on minho!! i think he believes deep down it is fate because of that pull, but he isn't as on the record a hopeless romantic as ji, so he plays it off. but curiously, ji has recently been playing it off too. i think them becoming more private and secretive only shows how deep and intimate their conneciton has grown to be. but YES! i do believe they know and believe they are soulmates, even if they type may change or they may conceal it at points, i think they know.
