OMG!! this question is so sweet hello im crying? most of my inspiration comes from just like life, like ill be walking around and then i just get a thought and need to write it down and then i do, but i feel like that isn't much of an answer so i'll go with my second answer which is literature. poetry helps me a lot when i'm uninspired, and i can normally find a root theme that i want to channel throughout the fic through poetry. for example with falling in reverse i am very loud about how it's inspired by paradise lost, which thematically i'm channeling into a fall from heaven, which is all i will say about dat. while i'm writing, and my idea tends to verge away from my root media, i like to make playlists and that way i can put them on when i want to think about my fic i'm writing and i can like get into that headspace to start creating it again :D thank u so much for this question it was very thoughtful and fun
