Why do you like jobaria so much /gen
In itself they are a solid genus for me, homing just a single find but this find being a specimen whom is over NINETY-FIVE percent complete, that is one of the best preservations in sense of completion found in any dinosaurs. With this certainty I feel like that allows me to immerse myself in their being more as we truly have a realer veiw into what they really are. I’m also fond of their name~ coming from a mythological creature called jobar and from what I remember jobar can be seen somewhat as equivalent to the boogyman, and well maybe they just liked to boogy… please don’t hate me for that… but seriously names like this hold power to an extent and that is captivating to some like myself. Although I wish I could go more into detail we don’t have much information on them as they were evaluated briefly over a couple decades ago, this leading into my next point. Being able to look at her skeleton and use much knowledge and clues to build a restoration from just a vague understanding of her bones and other experience is honestly what captivates me about palaeontology in general. Visually, their shape overall is really beautiful, a round skull followed with a sturdy neck and muscular limbs ended with a swishy tail.
