Oh yes. They can bend and sway and shift much better in the directions I desire than you may think (in a way once described as "serpentine," in fact), but that doesn't stop them from getting stepped on, or knocking over glasses, or sweeping things under a couch unexpectedly, or whatever. Total hassle.

The way I navigate most shops is the same: I do not. Someone else can buy it for me, there are more than enough mooks eager for the chance to experience the pleasure that serving me provides.
