as a new yorker, have you ever seen the leathery italian guy in the frilly two piece swimsuit making gorilla noises on a Schwinn bicycle? I saw him once on 6th ave and once in hells kitchen, both times broad daylight, when I visited. it's been years, so idk if he's still active.
