It's very strange to me how limited the turn based strategy space is in indie games unless you're looking to get really into highly specific WW2 titles. The fact there's really only one Advance Wars clone, basically next to nothing drawing from Fire Emblem, or even more simplified things like the Nectaris series is very disappointing
