Okay so I'm going to reframe this question as the obvious answer is Sonic Adventure 1, so lets go with "favourite non-Sonic game" really.
In which case would likely be either Metroid Prime 1 (or 2, I flipflop on that), We ❤ Katamari or (unsurprisingly) Vampire Survivors.

Can't go wrong with a custard cream tbh.
I actually prefer bourbons but the range of "this is cheapest horrid thing I've eaten in a while" to "this is what I want" is so wide it's just easier to go with custard creams.
