This is actually way harder to answer than I initially thought!

Obviously, the jester stylings are near and dear to my heart (e.g. the motley, the little bells, the marotte, the very concept of Jester's Privilege) but I'm also very fond of the humble whiteface; there's a reason Clip's skintone is #FFFFFF white (albeit the occasional hint of purple in my more detailed works), and it's because they'd honestly look weirder with any kind of skin color that actually appears in reality. There's a certain inherent artificiality to the costumed fool, I feel, and I generally prefer the types of clown that lean into that; the more bare human flesh one shows, the more off-putting it comes across.

Worst clown? It feels like a complete cop-out to just go "well, Wikipedia does list blackface as a form of clownery" and therefore completely brush past how many elements of modern Western buffoonery, like so many forms of entertainment, are intrinsically tied to its deeply unfortunate, racist past... but also I don't exactly think I need a long-winded, exhaustive explanation as to why I think blackface sucks.
