On rare occasions yes I do!! If I do watch over the air it's usually one of the nostalgia-based channels (we finally got MeTV Toons where I live) but in November and December is when most of my over the air TV watching happens. I watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade every year on NBC, that's my little tradition thing I've been doing ever since I was a toddler.

Then when it's Christmas Specials/Movies season I go out of my way to watch the specials that air on the big networks like CBS/ABC/NBC/FOX. There's an AWESOME website (https://christmastvschedule.com/) that is the website to look at in November/December if those are your jam, they go out of their way to list everything that's airing on a specific day, whether it's a movie, special, or even a Christmas-themed episode of an old TV show airing on one of the retro/nostalgia stations like MeTV or Antenna!! And they are super hyperfocused, I've been using them as my guide since before COVID and they've never done me wrong. Christmas specials are some of my favorite things in television history, period, so I like to watch a bunch of them each year starting from Black Friday in November all the way up to Christmas Eve and a little bit into Christmas Day if I've got nothing going on. I've got a handful of Christmas specials that I make sure in tradition that I watch each year (Christmas Eve on Sesame Street being the most important one that I 100% do not compromise on. I have to watch it each year at some point).

I also try to watch a little bit of ABC's New Year's Rockin' Eve each year. It used to be an important staple watch for me when Dick Clark was still alive to host it, but after he passed away he was really the only reason I cared much, was to get the annual visit from him to see how he was doing. Now I just make sure to watch a couple of minutes of it and have the ball drop on in the background muted on the TV just because it feels weird to not do that even without him, you know?
