It's not stardusts yet, but pardon me for this glimpse of a future-bang kind of question. But, how do you like your eggs? I accept no basics scrambled or sunny-side. I want to know your fancy opinion about egg-dishes. And while it's very random (I know), this question also serves as a reminder for you to eat well (aha!).
For me, eggs are at their best as telur barendo with sambal. It’s basically an omelette fried until the edges turn thin and crispy, while the middle stays soft. Then you add sambal on the side, and suddenly it’s not just an egg dish anymore, It’s simple comfort, the kind that makes me feel grounded no matter where I am.
