For me, a large part of vore is consequences; it's the risk and the permanency that really sell it for me. With that in mind, Endo naturally doesn't really do anything for me because nothing is really being lost. It's also repeatable, so you don't get that rush of vore being a final thrill, it's something that could eventually get stale.

Sentient fat is something more approachable, assuming that it is indeed a permanent state change. While the mind is intact, the prey gave up their body, their autonomy, their agency. That still works for me just fine and allows for the pred to offer plenty of little teases as they go about their life.

So no to endo, yes to sentient fat.

Ooh, this one got me thinking.

I have a lot of food squicks; stuff that I just won't try because they trigger some primal fight or flight response. As a result, most stuff I wouldn't try as a kid I still won't try as an adult. I don't do syrups/honey/anything particularly sticky, many kinds of fruits/berries, any fruit that's cooked, gummy candies...a lot of sweet stuff, really. I'm much better with savoury foods.

I think the only thing that I *did * try as a kid and therefore legitimately hated was coffee, which I did of course learn to love when I hit my late teens and nowadays I'm brewing freshly ground coffee every morning.

So yeah, I've mostly kept my tastes intact through the years, with "I don't like x" just being shorthand for "the idea of this thing makes me gag and I will not partake".

Right, I have two answers for this one.

The earliest sign that I would be into vore despite having no concept of it was probably nursery age, 5 years old or lower. I recall the playground having this huge worm/caterpillar tunnel, with one end being its open mouth and the other being a nondescript backend. I used to spend a lot of my break times sitting inside that tunnel because it made me feel safe and content.

As for realising I liked vore itself, I'm positive that my first exposure to it was a sequence of Midna swallowing Navi that was uploaded to a forum I was frequenting. It was just a pencil sketch but I immediately found myself drawn to it. Since it was labelled as vore I figured I'd see if there was more of that kind of thing and that's how I found Eka's Portal and shortly thereafter e621 and Furaffinity.

My kink discovery has continued to this very day, but vore is the big one and has been ever since I saw that nice little Midna sequence.

I go back and forth on this so often, to the point where I'd probably be willing to flip a coin to decide.

Head first has the joy of consumption being incredibly visceral. The prey is immediately enveloped in slimy flesh, darkness, and all of the noises associated with getting swallowed. It's an overload of sensations that can't be escaped, they're immediately trapped and in it for the long haul, with nothing to look forward to but the feeling of fresh air on their legs slowly disappear with each swallow.

Then you have feet first, the option with a higher chance of escape, owing to the prey's ability to move their arms and kick their legs. As far as I'm concerned this is the option for the most willing of prey to test just how willing they actually are. If they allow themselves to be slowly swallowed feet first and don't put up a fight, they deserve what's coming to them once they're inside. Sure, you lack the immediate visceral consumption experience, but you get more time to consider the consequences of what's happening, as well as the gradual introduction of your legs and body into your predator's guts with all of the associated feelings.
Bonus points: For better or worse, you save the full digestive experience for after the final swallows. It might not be clear how nasty it is inside a stomach until you're fully inside, but you let yourself get to this point so...
