Vinnie is at no risk of escaping, because being the troubled little thing that he is, with too many neurotic issues for his little body, he has agoraphobia. He hates leaving the house and being in open spaces (bouldings are fine, though). Alastor, on the other hand... He has a collar specifically because even though he isn't exactly allowed to wander, he somehow still always manages to slip out of his house. Thank you for the ask!
