Hello! I'm new to cupsleeve events. May I ask if non-artist can preorder the plush keychains? Thank you!

Hi, Sparkler! Yes, the plush keychain is available to non-artists; sponsorship tiers are not exclusive to artists and are welcome to anyone! You can get it if you avail as a sponsor for the event, donating the minimum amount to qualify for the 610 tier.
