Hi! Thanks for the question. No, the zine will not be in a restricted palette. Artists can use any colors they want in their gijinka design and illustration!

Would it be possible at all for this zine going physical? Or at least just something like merch?
Hi anon! Thank you so much for the interest in seeing our project in a physical format.
Unfortunately, we will NOT be making a physical version or merchandise for the zine. We will be releasing the zine for free using digital platforms since that's the scope we're most comfortable with. That said, when the zine releases, you're welcome to print out a physical copy for personal use!

Can we make our gijinka based off a pre-existing oc? (Like a costume or au!)
Hi anon! Whether or not you can use an already existing gijinka will depend on the results from our interest check:
- If the majority of the responses want to see entirely new designs, you won't be able to use the preexisting OC.
- If the majority of the responses are OK with preexisting gijinka designs, you are welcome to use that OC!
We will be releasing the results from our interest check sometime between April 25th - May 1st, so please check our socials then to have a definitive answer!
