I relate to Sunrise Taehyung a lot, and I might be totally wrong in perceiving him this way, but this is how I see him. someone who is so comfortable in his suffering and sadness, someone who keeps holding on to broken things because that’s all he knows. That pain is comfort to him because it’s all he has ever known.
Well you hit the nail on the head! Since I touched on sunrise Taehyung’s suffering in the previous ask, I’ll just add that he holds onto things that only lead to more pain because those things call back to a life that no longer exists. It’s nostalgia, but also comfort. And also, as someone who does not have a lot of money, a fear of being left with nothing.
